They did not have shoes in stock. Shipped out in 14 not 10 days. When they finally shipped they sent the wrong ones. My wife did not like them. We would have had to pay to ship back. Instead they offered a 35% discount. I accepted it because I felt like it was the best option. They were half the price of what I would pay retail. So with the discount they were dirt cheap. I will be able to sell on Marketplace and get my money back. Would give another chance to see if they get it right.

Paid April 25. Shipped April 26. Delivered May 9. Fast shipping for overseas, the seller offered free shipping, and the package arrived early. The item was neatly packed and was new and nice as described. The only issue is they are too large for my son since I ordered a size 44, per the size chart listed. But it's not their fault since they sent what I ordered and I should have known better, a size 9.5 US is never a European 44. Wonderful seller, would buy from again.

The customer service was stellar! I received prompt and informative replies to all of my inquiries. The seller was great about discussing options since I received the wrong style boots and the cost to ship them back was going to be more than what I paid for the boots themselves. The seller was kind enough to offer a partial refund even though I couldn't return the item. The quality of the boots was good, but they do seem to run a half size smaller than the average street shoe. Would recommend!

Seller tried to scam by sending a cheap blanket that was not the item description, then tried to get me to take minimal money to keep the item multiple times. Knowing they sent me the incorrect item. Delayed the process through eBay returns. The communication was quick. That was the only positive thing to say about this seller. WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THIS SELLER!
