Item arrived damaged. Very poorly packaged. After many emails I received a full refund.  The seller communication could be greatly improved by letting the buyer know that they initially respond with a bot. I was emailing and got very frustrated because I didn’t realize I was talking to a bot. Eventually, I got a real person and the issue was resolved.
