Revising comment. The problem seems to be with the supplier to seller hzdzany. Seller seemed to be genuinely prepared to remedy the problem when contacting me (not a bot), and said they are a reliable seller and they put their customers first. I agreed to a 50% refund, and not to have to return the product as it is still good enough to use. I appreciate my problem being remedied by the seller, who I believe now is trying to do their best with their online business. Thank you, Kyleigh
