Packaging was very crushed inside and out, batteries that were supposed to be included according to the package were missing. Otherwise the keyboard seems to be new and works fine. Got a notification that it was shipped Feb 12, but item did not actually ship until Feb 20 according to USPS tracking- took quite a while to receive the item and delivery dates were not correct. When I messaged the seller to check in about when it would be shipped (9 days after purchasing) no response.

The Seller was not sufficent for explain to buyer about scop of supply and Buyer don't know anything for this matter. Buywer only received a parts of parts which could not be assembled for operation. I have lost about One month and I have to reorder remaind parts for complete assembling and operation. It was due to unsufficient engineering sales and services against buyer.
