2L Kettle arrived on time well packaged, however upon removal was found to have been re-packaged in original box in used and broken condition. Contacted seller who advised 3rd party warehouse handler at fault for mistake, and arranged immediate refund with no requirement to return the broken kettle. I was satisfied with this resolution to this issue and sellers communication was good and apologetic. An unfortunate situation not sellers fault it appears.

Happy with purchase. So frustrated with Aramex. Took forever to arrive and tracking was never updated. Thought it was going to be sent through Australia Post - there was nothing saying who the courier/post company will be. Very hesitant to buy off eBay again for this reason as I have not had any parcel come through AP for a long time.
