The iteam is in grate condition as and the acrylic seems to be of high quality as it doesn't scratch easily, just be sure to take off all the platic wrapping on all for sides of the two case pieces. The image is also embedded into the acrylics so it doesn't scratch off.

Everything is included (all straps, the chain, and Kuromi ID holder). I love that the bag itself came in a type of dust bag with foam dividers to insure it holds its shape and no hardware was damaged. Bag came in perfect condition! The box not so much but I do believe that’s UPS fault. I believe they are a direct seller for GeekShare but I could be wrong. They do have a majority of their products.
