I am disappointed with this seller, even though my order did eventually arrive. They used false information regarding how quickly I would receive the item. As I needed this item in a time critical manner, I chose to order from this seller, even though it was MORE EXPENSIVE than others listed. I was lied to and paid more and then received my item much later than advertised. I should have gone with the cheaper seller, for the same result. Don’t make the same mistake.

I've encountered the most dishonest seller ever, receiving a fake item I never expected. Instead of the product I ordered, I received a low-quality torch, accompanied by a printed note claiming it was a 'Gift for you,' via 'Amazon' leading to confusion. It seems the seller, upon realizing the original price was bit low, swapped it for a counterfeit item, expecting me to accept it. Furthermore, seller insisted I print the return label, incurring additional costs and time spent at an office work t

anad.2316 have been negligent with there correspondence, they weren't able to send me the item I ordered after waiting two months. Then they send me a replacement item without any consultation which is no where as good as the item I ordered and they say I can have $15.00 off which wouldn't cover the price of the items missing from the package. Plus I'm still waiting to get there $15.00. I have nothing good to say about this company
