Like other people on eBay I was nervous about spending so much on a zip n link mattress but these vendors are brilliant, really helpful and the delivery was by a brilliant 3rd party who gave live updates. We tried the mattresses in John Lewis 1st and realised extra firm would be better for my husband whereas I like a softer one (medium) and thus company had an extra display zip n link kingsize mattress for much less than half price. Am very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend

One of my best eBay experiences.I really needed a new mattress for a visiting relative,fast.I found a John Lewis Natural Linen mattress I had tried out in store for a fantastic price .I asked how long delivery would take and Furniture Outlet said if I ordered by 10pm it would arrive the next day AND it did!Great communication,wonderful delivery men ,really nice guys.and helpful.The mattress is very clean and double packaged in plastic with a really small scuffs.Firm and Quality experience thanks
