2 x cells exploded out of the bottom of this battery before I could charge IT up, BigW no longer stock this battery due to complaints from customers, but this ebay merchant is charging 30% more for these dangerous batteries than BigW was at $59.95.
Now the merchant won't give me a refund, do not buy from this merchant their goods are dangerous to your health !!!

At S&R Supplies we make customer service our TOP PRIORITY! In this circumstance we offered the customer a full refund without hesitation, we just requested complete photos of our product to verify that it was our item. The only photos provided to us was the two as you see in his complaint and feedback to us. After repeated attempts with no reply from the customer, unfortunately until we receive these photos that we requested we are unable to provide a full refund.
