The model ball joint splitter I was sent was not as shown in the pic of their advert. I got in touch straight away and was offered a £5 refund on an item which originally cost £10 plus they allowed me to keep it so as to avoid the hassle of posting back etc. It is of no particular use to me at the moment, but who knows one day it might be!
Good communication throughout, and can't complain about the customer service. Just waiting for the refund now!
