The seller shipped this order promptly, but USPS didn t deliver it until 20 days later. The seller helped contact USPS for a search to locate the package 12 days after shipping it, when tracking hadn t been updated for 8 days. The Autoharp arrived in good condition, matching the photos. It was packed in a cushioned fabric Autoharp case. Unfortunately 2 zippers on this case don t work properly. I am very relieved & thankful to finally receive the Autoharp
