Pick -me-up but don't use the hammer
Barbara promises to help you overcome the stresses and pain of life by learning to laugh. I already know how to laugh, but reading this sure did help to relieve tension. During one part early in the book, she talke about laughing uproaiously and before I had finished the next page, she had me laughing out loud, and "uproariously". Well written. Well organized. If you need a "pick-me-up", I hearily recommend this one. I bought it because I need a good laugh. I just went through a leg amputation 11/19/07. Title got me
This was a very inspirational book of how people make it through troubled times with humor. Title is merely eye catching to sell book which is quite a unique style. Great person to do business with.

This is a great book where you find encouragement, laughter, ways to cope. Biggest attribute is helping you find humor in your situations. She's very optimistic which rubs off on the reader and I look forward to reading her books because she is also so funny!
