Absolutely a TERRIBLE seller. Shipped a pair of boots with the entire sole falling falling off of one. No communication from the seller afterwards, did nothing at all to try to make it right. Shipped the boots with zero packaging material so likely damaged in shipping due to their packing. Wouldn't buy shoes again from this seller if they were the last one on eBay
