The seller's lack of adequate packaging, combined with rough handling during shipping, resulted in damage to the Advent calendar box I purchased. Upon inspection, one of the perfumes inside was shattered. Although the seller offered a $40 refund for the damaged Advent calendar box, I found this compensation insufficient to cover the actual loss. Furthermore, after discovering the broken perfume, I notified the seller, but unfortunately, received no response, which was disappointing.

I would've preferred that a shipping box would've been used for this set to avoid any potential tampering or theft and to offer extra protection. but luckily no issues were encountered. Everything went well.
