NEGATIVE...WE WERE HIGH BIDDER ON CAR PHONE,we paid promptly and received some unknown item...they even put packing slip showing pict of car phone we purchased inside box of unknown item received...this seems to be an ongoing problem with this seller...BUYERS PLEASE READ ALL THIS SELLERS FEEDBACK BEFORE DECIDING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM...there are many feedback comments posted with same problem of buyers not receiving what they paid for..return was easy no issues on return

Although it matched the photo's and description perfectly, the 12 String Guitar arrived damaged. When I advised the seller they promptly replied asking for photos so that they could determine what to do.
As I mentioned that I could use the hard case that was included in the auction, they offered me the hard case at a very fair price and issued a refund for the balance.
Goodwill Colorado Collectables is an outstanding member of the ebay community.
Highly recommend and will buy from again.

This seller is great! I bought a large, fragile item (clay Romertopf cooker). They responded to questions I had in a timely way & got the cooker from Colorado to Florida in perfect shape — careful packing with bubble wrap! Shipping was WAY less than others have charged for lighter/smaller items not that far away. Item is exactly as described & was shipped within their stated time, apparently expedited, as it got here early! Totally positive experience. I would 100 percent shop with them again.
