Great communication! Very friendly! Shipped quickly! As described, but I had to clean a stain and the tag was more creased than it appeared. Overall a good experience, but I would suggest a more mail-friendly box. Using a thin cardboard soda box for something I paid over $180 for was a bit unsettling. It arrived crunched up and round, like when you crunch up a piece of paper into a ball. This may account for the more creased tag. Still a good price, so I didn't need to contact seller.
