    Well packed, timely shipping, though it arrived with a noticable amount of old thermal paste on the die. That being said, item does not function as described. Listed as graphics card compatible with m17 models, like my own, but when installed, laptop refuses to POST. Could be an issue on my end, could be an issue with damage during shipping, so 2 stars instead of 1. Exercise caution, potential buyers. I will update this review if the situation changes. I don't expect it will, but I am hopeful.**
