The Seller gambles that you won't return the item to China with the rise in tariffs. The Seller will talk to you like you're stupid, and try to use eBay's policies against you. The return address on the package says California, but they make you ship it back to China so you can get your refund. I've reported the Seller but eBay doesn't care about fraud like Amazon.
