Bought two items tried to see if we could deal-combine shipping price at least, declined with no communication bought the two items anyway have received one item a week later still waiting on the other and when the item came it arrived in a non padded thin plastic sack mailer with the jewelry item in another thin plastic bag no box bubble wrap even paper towel around it to protect from mail rollers or any other bumps in mailing. Which made shipping communication a joke! Ship jewelry with care!

Quick interaction. Shipment was delayed a day or two without explanation, but still got here fairly quickly. Packaging was also minimal and though no damage, could have protected my item (a Pandora charm for my wife) a little better.
