Seller doesn’t care about customer service and doesn’t disclose flaws. Sandals arrived in insufficient packaging—wrapped in a Priority Mail envelope. Sandals showed a lot of wear. The sole was separated from the heel of one, and someone had tried unsuccessfully to glue it. None of this was stated in the item description, nor shown in photos. When contacted, seller responded by telling me to request my own refund, and stopped communicating after that. I would not recommend this seller at all.
