Seller claimed item was out of stock but offered me 500g pack as substitute for 1kg pack. When I asked for 2x 500g as I ordered 1kg, the seller told me I could only have 1x 500g for the price I paid for 1kg. I reminded the seller that I paid for 1kg so I should get 1kg, not 500g, and seller cancelled my order.

Item not as described. Without asking me first, the seller sent another item that came from Amazon, which was of a lower level and cheaper than the one I have ordered. I contacted the seller for a partial refund of $ 3.20 for the price difference but he ignored my message. He only responded when I asked ebay to step in. The seller offered $ 3 which I agreed, but before he would pay me, he wanted me to close the Return Request first, which I didn't do of course. Ebay refunded me $ 3.20 instead.
