I had ordered a headliner which had to be rolled and then packaged so it didnt have creases. Upon arrival it was a folded packaging with more creases in middle as well. I would like the replacement for it as fabric is not bad itself.

Product matches my vehicle seats. HOWEVER, because it was folded and not rolled as per the image shown, I will need to hand it for sometime so that the creases fall out before I can effectively use it. This is disappointing. Products like these should always be rolled, similar to canvas, vinyl and all leather products. Regret that this is not your fault - you pass the product on from the actual provider. Please roll the products in future for other customers, Thanks
