Exactly as described. Shipped promptly, but shipping cost is on the high side for a bubble lined envelope and bubble wrapped item. Other sellers charge $3 less for the exact same packaging and postal cost. With the higher cost, a better level of packaging was expected. Will keep this in mind for any future potential purchases.
