The description stated the bottle was brand new & unopened. I even messaged the seller prior to purchasing to verify this & was told the same. The bottle arrived & it was NOT brand new & it was VERY much opened. After attempting to come to a mutually satisfactory solution for 3 weeks, I gave up. The seller simply continues to say the bottle was new. I've never complained about a purchase in over a decade of eBay purchases, but I was MORE than patient in trying to resolve this.

It was a long time before you even messaged me that you felt it had been opened.You said there was a small hole in the protective seal.I told you exactly how and where I purchased it.Brand new from a Coach store in Naples, Fl when we vacationed there possible someone returned it to the Coach store without the store knowing it,only explanation I had.You never sent messages for 3 weeks- but once every 3 weeks,never asking to send back or a refund.
