Seller canceled my T. rex tooth order and won’t respond to messages. I had thought the great feedbacks meant this is a great seller, but I guess everyone is great until they are not.
I won the auction for a T. rex tooth and paid the day after. Seller had communication until I paid. But the seller then canceled my order and when I asked for a reason why, the seller never responded.

Yang Zhao is on our banned bidder list. He used another Ebay name and or a bidding service. He did not contact us once his order was cancelled. Ebay will be able to view that the client did not contact us and ask for a reason why his order was cancelled. Ebay will be able to view I repeatedly asked for the buyers first and last name and address. Finally, buyer gave us his real name. At that point, we cancelled his order and Ebay refunded his money. We do not deserve this negative feedback!
