However, no packaging was with it for confirmation of the Brand Name Chain ordered. Also no information at all was provided about the Chain's Specifications. The Seller was contacted twice about my concerns but failed to reply. Since I was unable to verify my purchase I then pursued a Refund. The Chain was taken to the Post Office for it to be returned. I did get a full Refund. Seller needs to improve communication.
