    Mixed experience. I ordered a 240, realized I wanted a 280, then tried to cancel - they wouldn't let me, and told me to reorder the 280 and return the 240. I did, and they told me I had to pay for shipping costs. After a few back-and-forths, I ended up not paying for the shipping, but it took several back and forths. Would describe in more detail, but 500 char limit prevents elaboration. Ebay is cheaper than Amazon but has a worse customer experience. I don't think I'll use ebay for a while.)
