I eventually gave up on genius bar and choose to replace the battery myself. The process of fairly smooth, from order to delivery took 2 business days. During the process I did have a slight hiccup, and the seller is very prompt to answer and action on the problem that I encountered. I will definitely consider this seller for my next battery replacement.
