Absolutely fabulous retail experience. The grinder was about thirty percent cheaper than other sellers of the same product ! The despatch was immediate and essentially it only took from Friday to Monday to arrive in regional New South Wales , from Sydney to the Mid North Coast ! One completely satisfied customer !

First the good news. I did get a full refund. But after ordering and paying I was informed about 3 days later that the courier had advised that the unit had been delivered to the wrong address. Clearly not true as the firstly wouldn't know (or wouldn't have done it) and secondly NEVER advise that. I was told that I could get a refund. When I asked for another unit to be sent I was told they were out of stock indefinitely. Overal the lying made for a weird and uncomfortable experience.
