Honest seller. This was damaged (heatsink & fan clamp ear broken), the seller did not know about it. Upon contact with pictures and a good description, seller refunded the entire purchase - for that the seller gets 5 stars - integrity is important, so thank you. The item shipped immediately, USPS was slow getting it to me - again, NOT the sellers fault. This auction may have been a bust, I'll buy from again due to after sale service.
