The incorrect (lower spec ) item was supplied weeks late and in a used condition without its original over packaging. We had multiple emails with the seller who was trying to avoid the item getting returned. In the end it was refunded in full. I did not enjoy the process, and I cannot comment on whether there was a genuine mistake or a deliberate attempt to deceive as he generally has a good (not perfect) feedback rating.

They accepted the order and made out as if it was packed and ready to send, even provided a tracking number, however after a few days of it sitting pending to be collected. I contacted them only to be advised they ran out of stock. Received refund however I would Recommend staying away.
