In your description, it was said that this is an open box, Dash Cam. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This Dash Cam is used. Upon turning on this Dash Cam, the menu is all in the Asian language. It should be in English. In addition, YOU LEFT YOUR SD CARD INSIDE THE DASH CAM. It is unthinkable how people lie, just to sell something they do not want. No response from the seller as of yet........

dash cam was open box. language can be easily changed. cam comes with sd card so not sure what's the problem. think buyer wanted a discount without returning. they hit me with the negative feedback :/ always here to help.
