I just paid $222.05 for an item advertised as "Away Bigger Carry On Asphault Grey. The item was just delivered and it was the "regular" carry on. So disappointed that someone would post an item for $99.00 and I paid the $105.61 for expedited shipping which took 10+ days to get to me. And, unfortunately, I still do not have the item I paid for and which was advertised on EBAY. SHAME ON YOU SELLER.

The listing was accurate and the buyer received the item pictured. The measurements of the Away luggage the buyer received match the Official Away Luggage website size measurements for the Bigger Carry On. This item was purchase while my time away active with proper notification that there would be a delay in shipment. The luggage was shipped on time in accordance to my time away message. Even though I do not typically accept returns I offered the buyer an option to return with no resolution.
