I purchased this enchanting light up glass teddy bear lamp to delight my 1 year old grandson. It arrived quite quickly. The box was tatty but that wasn’t very important. However, the very first time it was plugged in and switched on IT EXPLODED. I contacted the sellers who offered me a 30% refund. I said no. I was then offered a 50% refund. Once again, I declined. The seller then said that I should return the item (in pieces) and they would refund the full price. I asked for an address. NO REPLY
