I ordered 6 signs and 4 arrived damaged or didn’t fit together correctly.
Customer service was a nightmare, they only respond once every 24 hours .
I have offered to post them back, they wanted to give me a 10% refund to keep them. However you can’t use what is damaged or not made correctly. So I put in a return for four and they have refunded me for two. I can’t be bothered arguing with them. I would just avoid in future.
