This was not packaged in a box as expected but instead heavily wrapped in styrofoam and tape. It arrived undamaged and will make a nice addition to my wife’s collection. Materials is cotton, it's well padded, and the leather bits are leather. This was for my wife and she was thrilled with the fit (likely thanks to the waist ties). My only "issue" was that there was no local tracking provided, so I saw the FedEx information, but no update until they received it from local post.
