What a steal!
This AIO was brand new! The only thing I can see being "used" was the box because it was kind of beat up, but don't mind this. Otherwise the AIO still had the plastic on the cooling plate which itself still had the plastic wrap around the tubing and piece of cardboard protecting it. All mounting screws/faceplate/brackets were included along with a packet of MX-4 paste. I thought this was going to be a return, but it is not. No More CPU Overheating
I bought the The Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 for my Intel i5 9600 after reading and viewing several reviews on line and, as advertised, works very well. I was not at all difficult to install and when working keeps the CPU at 60C under heavy load without really any noise at all.
