    Good value

    Because I take tablets the oil helps wash them down so I get a "double" benefit. The virtues of the oil are self evident (see research material) and the taste has now been refined so it is easier on the palate. The 500 ml. size means less shopping and is somewhat cheaper as it is a "bulk" size

    Delicious taste and gives quick result

    Tastes fresh and light unlike the heavy oil mum used to give us in the 50's, always accompanied by a chunk of lemon to get rid of its taste😝 I bought it for my eyes health but only few days down the track, I notice my glowing skin and soft hair☀️

    Good, but please, NO flavour!

    If I had a choice, I would go for unflavoured Cod Liver Oil. Flavour is not necessary! Otherwise, this is a very good quality product. Well packaged etc.
