What I was most impressed was the fast delivery from there chosen courier. They rang and told me they don't deliver to my door, (no courier service does), but they did deliver 30klm closer for me to pick up at an old charming hardware bits and bobs shop. We'll done very impressed. And yes purchased items not available in big hardware stores.
