The freight company took 3 days due to some mixup to forward the other half. The unit is excellent value with great price & detailed instructions for installation in ‘English’ with good illustrations. I am very impressed with the quality & would recommend this unit & Kogan/Hyundai split systems having installed a number of small units over the years!
