    This is one of the worst transactions I’ve ever had on eBay, and I have almost 4000 feedback. It took the seller ELEVEN DAYS to mail my item… and when I messaged them and asked them why, they messaged me back over 40 times in less than an hour. Their responses included such classics as: “I’m not on ur time boy” and “idfc” and “stop wasting my time”. Not only was their customer service ABYSMAL, but the item was listed as working and arrived missing the entire inside and smelling like butt.

    Great Design, Nice Sound

    I bought this as a second-hand item, but it's absolutely no different than a brand new one. The sound quality is very good & absolutely strong. Of course no soundbar can be the best in sound quality especially for mid-range sound production, but compared to many other models & considering its design, features & price, it's one of the very best choices. I only had 2 problems with it. First one relates directly to the device: When on power-saving mode, the sound cuts off after 10-15 minutes which is very frustrating & I had to disconnect & reconnect the cables (optical) & it would come back for another 10-15 minutes. On top of that, the sub-woofer would randomly disconnect from the base, so I had to spend a long time re-linking it. The second thing is not a problem of the device, but since ...

    Somewhat satisfied

    Decided to go with this set up because I liked the design. However after hooking up the first one (yeah first one) it worked for 1st day then just stopped? Okay I guess that happens so I took it back and got a new one only for the same thing to happen! Finally after the 3rd one it seems to be working like it should. Normally I would just return and get a different brand but I got this on a Black Friday deal plus got another $50 off because of my troubles. So all in all just okay!!!

    works good enough for me but damaged

    the good news is the parts in the product worked which is what i was after, the umfortunat thing is, im not sure if it was shipping or not the box it came is was fine but the actual internal structure of the product was damaged, a bunch of plastic pices fell out of the port and the actual speaker driver fell out of the enclosere, it essentally arrived damaged out of the box. it works fine for my application because i just needed the amplifier and the peerless driver inside but for regular use in the system it was entended for is not recommended, personally im satisfied but some people who would buy it as advertiesed probably wouldent be to happy

    Ok but not great... Needs more volume....

    The volume max's out at 31% and that is even according to Vizio, when i called tech support. It is pretty loud but not like Hi End surround systems. For the money i guess i not go and down grade any more than that.....

    Easy 5.1

    This is 5.1 the little lady will accept AND actually get why 5.1is cool. SmartCast has been a difficult to implement. Look for HDMI-CEC, you really want one control if you can!! Worth every penny at the 300 price point.
