The item was neatly packed and was new and nice as described. The only issue is they are too large for my son since I ordered a size 44, per the size chart listed. But it's not their fault since they sent what I ordered and I should have known better, a size 9.5 US is never a European 44. Wonderful seller, would buy from again.
