    I tracked the postage and was told delivery would be delayed by the courier. After a week of no movement on tracking, I contacted the seller. They refunded my payment and reported the parcel as lost. The parcel eventually arrived - I took photos as the packaging was torn and open; one of the boxes was empty and contained no cream. The whole package looked like it had been chewed up and spat out. Seller refunded my payment as promised and said I could dispose of the parcel or keep it.

    Brought on eBay didn't realize it was 2 pin plug not a 3 pin plug UK when it came I then look at the pin plug and had to buy a adapter plug for using it in UK to charging of the Toothbrush so be advised that you will need to get the adapter plug for using in UK you can buy it on eBay.

    This product was a good price because it was on special offer. It cleans well and has some useful functions. However, a major downside is that it is extremely difficult to switch off, requiring undue force and for this reason I would not buy it again nor recommend it. Moreover, although I have answered 'yes' to the question, 'Is it durable?', I suspect that this fact will have a major impact on its durability.

    Easy grip rubber handle.

    First time I've used an electric toothbrush and this from Oral B I would recommend. Easy to use and gets in those corners that a normal toothbrush can't. Hopefully have a good few years use out of it.

    Used these before - really good and it made me realise my ld one had lost some power. Pity Oral do not also include USB charge option for travelling since much lighter and detachable - maybe worth looking at other oral models

    Brilliant Oral- b toothbrush

    Had a number of electric toothbrushes but this is by far the best I’ve had. Thought my teeth felt clean with other toothbrushes, but can certainly feel like my teeth feel cleaner with this Oral -b pro3. Would certainly recommend, thanks Jayne.
