    Ovoid this seller. The item came in retail package and was destroyed, no outside protective box at all? The picture in the auction showed two white straps in a new box. When it arrived, it looked like the pictures. It was opened and parts lost. I asked the seller why there were no straps, and he said he remove them so he could seal the package? Okay sure? The return process was a nightmare. First, he said he would refund me without sending it back and then he demanded a return. See pictures.
