    I think the seller is OK, eBay apparently missed that the item was sold on the 19th to another bidder. I was allowed to buy it again on the 22nd. Reason given from someone was there was something wrong with my address, may have been the only applicable option. After I chased down an answer, the item was already sold. Hard to give 100% feedback but seller may not have any fault. Due to trouble speaking with an understandable agent I have given up on trying to use eBay help to my advantage.
