Packs were definitely factory sealed although the box completely fell apart in the shipping package and packs were no longer stacked so I think some corners got dinged. Happens with those old boxes, maybe needs a little more cushion around the box?

The value might be there eventually, but as for now the cards received were decent. Only negative was the shipping. There was no tracking info, but the package was still received within the shipping estimate period.
