If you try and twist the wire to rotate the camera, the wire twist spins in the barrel freely. You'll need to add silicone caulk to the inside of the groove that holds the wire, let it cure, and then hope the wire fits. Secondly, you'll need to add a rubber or silicone gasket to the bottom of the collar, to keep the clamp block from rotating willy nilly. Wouldn't recommend.
