    sehr gute Kommunikation, das Paket ist verschollen gegangen auf dem Versandweg. Promte Problemlösung vom Händler und Rückerstattung. Sehr guter Händler. Für das Nichtankommen kann der Händler ja nix, aber er hat seriös darauf reagiert und die Kosten erstattet. Sollte das Paket noch auftauchen und die Ware auf Grund von Versandschaden nicht zum Versicherungsfall werden, werde ich den Betrag dem Händler natürlich wieder zukommen lassen.
