However upon inspection I noticed the truss rod access was not centered and was favoring the bass side. I would consider this a factory defect as it does compromise structural integrity. When contacting the seller, due to the tariff situation they did not want to provide a replacement, only a $10 refund. The seller blamed mass production and cost of replacement has the reason for this decision. Disappointed in the quality and handling
