Very helpful to me in knee joint health
I've been using this and another vegeterian based liquid glucosamine and chondroitin preparation for approximately 3 years now. I take 30 ml of one in the morning, and 30 ml of the other in the evening. Together with other supplements, the pain flare-ups I began having due to the beginnings of osteoarthritis in my knees completely subsided, and I now only have occasional discomfort in one spot on one knee which is completely manageable and not always noticeable. I initially was wary of taking the Trace Minerals brand because I have had an allergy to shellfish (it contains crab and shrimp), but I have had absolutely no allergic reactions to it at all. It is marketed to have a natural blueberry flavor, and I am fine with the taste too.
